Senator Carmichael moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 272--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §5-3-6; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §60-3-24a, all relating to Attorney General’s investigators; allowing them to carry concealed weapons under certain circumstances; limiting liability for certain acts of investigators; relating to employees of the Enforcement Division of the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration; and allowing them to carry concealed weapons under certain circumstances.
